New production line for filling hormonal preparations

Bioveta has started production in a new plant for filling hormonal preparations. The production uses now a system of formulation boilers and insulator technology, the so-called closed technology. Using product pipelines, the bulk is then pumped to filling lines and filled into bottles or ampoules. Another progress is the placement of the lyophilization device in connection with the filling line. This investment for about 130 million czech crowns also reduced the risk of possible market outages, guaranteeing a substantial increase in production volume while maintaining the highest possible product quality.
