Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae serotype 9 RP> 1 *
Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae serotype 2 RP> 1 *
Pasteurella multocida serotype A RP> 1 *
Pasteurella multocida serotype D RP> 1 *
Bordetella bronchiseptica RP> 1 *
Apx I toxin RP> 1 *
Apx II toxin RP> 1 *
Apx III toxin RP> 1 *
*RP = relative potency determined by comparison with the reference serum acquired by vaccination of mice with a batch of the vaccine compliant with a challenge test on target animals.
Indication
For immunization of piglets and gilts and sows in healthy herds or suffering from pneumonia caused
by: Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, Pasteurella multocida, Bordetella bronchiseptica.
Newborn piglets from vaccinated gilts and sows receive passive protection against pneumonia by colostral immunity for 14 – 21 days.
Onset of immunity: 14 days after second dose.
Duration of immunity: persists for 6 months.
Dosage, application and vaccination scheme
Vaccination of piglets: vaccinate piglets with a dose of 1.0 ml IM. Primovaccination consists of 2 dosis: first dose from 6 weeks of age, second dose 2-3 weeks later.
Vaccination of gilts and sows: vaccinate gilts and sows with a dose of 1.0 ml IM. Primovaccination consists of 2 dosis: 6 – 4 weeks before farrowing, second dose in 2-3 weeks, but not later than 2 weeks before farrowing. Further revaccinations: regularly 3 to 2 weeks before each expected farrowing.
If the period between two farrowings exceeds 8 months, another primovaccination is necessary.

Shelf life
Shelf life of the veterinary medicinal product as packaged for sale: 18 months.
Shelf life after first opening the immediate packaging: 10 hours.
