Composition

1 ml injection solution contains:

Gonadorelinum 0,05 mg.

Target Species

Cattle (cow, heifers),Pigs (sows, gilts), Horse (rare)

Indication

Management and stimulation of reproduction in cattle and pigs. Treatment of fertility or dysfunction related ovarian disorders in cattle and horses.

Cattle (cows, heifers):

• induction of ovulation in case of delayed ovulation due to LH low level,
• ovulation induction/synchronisation within timed insemination systems,
• stimulation of ovarian functions in the puerperium, not earlier than the 12th day post partum,
• ovarian cysts (due to LH deficiency).

Pigs (sows, gilts):

• ovulation induction/synchronisation within timed insemination systems and subsequent synchronisation of deliveries.

Horses (mares):

• acyclia and anoestrus due to LH low level.

Dosage, application and vaccination scheme

Intramuscular application.

Cattle (cows, heifers):

- ovulation induction during artificial insemination                                                                      2.0 ml
- ovulation synchronisation after oestrus synchronisation                                                         1.0 ml
- stimulation of the ovaries in the puerperium from the 12th day post partum                         1.0 ml

- ovarian stimulation to improve conception after artificial insemination                                  1.0 ml
- treatment of ovarian cysts                                                                                                             2.0 ml

PIgs (sows, gilts):
- synchronisation of ovulation during scheduled insemination                                                               

Sows                 0.5 – 1.0 ml
Gilts                   1.0 – 1.5 ml

- support of the corpus luteum function on day 12 – 14 of pregnancy:                   1.0 ml

Horse (mares):
- insufficiency of the reproductive cycle due to LH deficiency (anoestrus, acyclia) 2.0 ml

Storage

Store in a refrigerator (2 °C – 8 °C). Store below 25 °C after opening.

Keep the injection vial in the carton in order to protect from light

Withdrawal period

Cattle, pigs, horses:        Meat: Not applicable.

Cattle, horses:                  Milk: Not applicable.

Shelf life

Shelf life of the veterinary medicinal product as packaged for sale: 2 years.

Shelf life after first opening the immediate packaging: 28 days.
