Appearance: Milky liquid of light grey to white colour, small amount of sediment dispersing after shaking.

 *RP = Relative potency (RP) is determined by comparison with reference serum obtained from mice after vaccination with vaccine batch conforming to challenge test on target animals.

Indication

For active immunisation of fattening pigs to mitigate the consequences of infection caused by Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae – the causative agent of pleuropneumonia in pigs.

The intention of the use is to reduce typical clinical signs, typical lung lesions of the disease and to reduce infection.

Onset of immunity: 3 weeks after revaccination.

Duration of immunity: 20 weeks after revaccination.

Dosage, application and vaccination scheme

Intramuscularly, preferably in the paraauricular region, with a dose of 1 ml from the 6th weeks of piglets age.

Basic vaccination:

Piglets from 6 weeks of age are vaccinated with 2 doses 3 weeks apart.

Storage

Store in a refrigerator (2°C - 8°C).

Do not freeze.

Withdrawal period

Zero days.

Shelf life

Shelf life of the veterinary medicinal product as packaged for sale: 2 years.

Shelf life after first opening the immediate packaging: 10 hours.
