Bioveta representatives participated in and spoke at the annual XVIII Praxismenedzsment Conference (PMK) held at the University of Veterinary Medicine in Budapest. More than 800 veterinarians attended this meeting; the conference was hosted by ALPHAVET, a distribution company. On the conference day, 23 November 2024, the participants were offered 6 parallel program blocks that took place in separate halls.

MVDr. Bc. Karel Paukner, Ph.D., Bioveta Product Manager for pet animals, gave a lecture on the modification of vaccination schedules for dogs depending on the epidemiological situation. A part of his lecture was also devoted to the optimization of the management of veterinary practice and strengthening of the partnership between the breeder and the veterinary team. Vaccination with the Biocan NOVEL line is an important part of the prevention of infectious diseases and an important tool for maintaining good health in dogs. His lecture was a part of the block focused on internal diseases in pet animals.  

The lecture by MVDr. Ronen Hoikhman, Ph.D., was focused on early diarrheic diseases in piglets. In this context, he introduced the BIOSUIS Entero vaccine, which was launched in 2024 by Bioveta. The vaccine is characterized by a unique combination of viruses and bacteria that provide comprehensive protection for piglets. Healthy and thriving piglets are a prerequisite for prosperous pig rearing. His contribution was a part of the block focused on livestock management.

They provide the veterinary community not only with current clinical trends but also with methodological guidance concerning the use of the products in Bioveta portfolio and they share their practical experience.
