Bioveta SK Team visiting company’s HQ in Ivanovice na Hané Slovak veterinary practitioners usually take well deserved time off and things slow down a bit comes early August... However, this was not the case for Bioveta SK team. Recently joined by two new members, the team received an invite extended by the Marketing and Sales Director, Mr. Marek Vystavěl, Dipl. Ing. to visit the company’s HQ in Ivanovice na Hané, Czech Republic.

For the two new Sales Representatives, Katarína and Dušan this was the very first opportunity to visit the company’s premises. For the other two, more seasoned colleagues this was a moment to reconnect with long-time friends and colleagues and judge the progress achieved since their last stay.  

The team arrived for two full days of training and networking. The HQ team prepared for the guests two intensive, knowledge and experience rich days. The dedicated Product Managers covered distinct product portfolios: swine, cattle, dogs and horses, providing knowledge transfer for long list of diseases, vaccines and pharmaceutical products. The visitors were lucky to tap into incredible wealth of broad practical experience, as all three Product Managers (Dr. Raska, Dr. Paukner and Dr. Hoikhman) possess many years of very practical, hands-on experience in respective segments.

The Product Manager for the Equine portfolio, Dr. Hoikhman and the Slovak team were absolutely thrilled as this particular session was joined by a great horse enthusiast and rider, the director of the company, Mr. Libor Bittner, Dipl. Ing, Ph.D.

The other highlight of the visit was an extraordinarily insightful excursion of the production premises of Bioveta. From the very beginning of the production processes to the cold storage and expedition of the final products. Here the team saw boxes destined for Slovakia, filling their hearts with pride.

Two full day visit was brought to a conclusion by a quick dive into the topic of selling skills. Comparing two popular methodologies dealing with the different phases of the sales process, the team was reminded of how do the customers make their decisions, what are the phases of the sales visit, necessity of addressing customers’ emotions, management of customers’ needs in relation to product features and benefits, etc.

Bioveta SK team may have left the HQ tired and with the heads still buzzing after all the information they were asked to absorb in this short period of time, nevertheless 100% committed to share all newly acquired knowledge with their customers back at home.
